Our Rustic Package is perfect for couples who want warm and earthy elements that will bring a natural but romantic feel to their backyard wedding.

- Wood benches, 50 ft burlap aisle, and cedar wood arbor
- + $100 for up to 50 guests

Our Process
What to Expect When Working with Backyard Weddings
At Backyard Weddings, we strive to make the rental process as easy and stress-free as possible for our clients. When you choose to work with us, here's what you can expect:
01 Choose a Package
Simply choose which theme best matches your wedding style - classic, elegant, or rustic.
02 Lock in Your Date
Click “Book Now” and fill out the form. We’ll reply within 24 hours to finalize details. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your wedding date.
03 Delivery
We deliver all rental items before 11am on the day of the wedding. You can also request an earlier dropoff by emailing info@backyardweddings.com and we’ll accommodate when possible. Delivery is included. Setup is an additional cost of $150.
04 Setup
Finally, relax and enjoy your beautiful day!
Frequently Asked Questions
At Backyard Weddings, we want to ensure that all of our clients have a seamless and stress-free experience when planning their big day. These are answers to some common questions that you may have:
Each package includes ceremony seating for 25 guests, 50 ft aisle, and an arch. You can opt to pay extra for additional seating. The style and price will vary depending on which package you select. Transportation of the rental items is included in the package fee, but set up is not. Setup is offered at an additional cost.
To reserve a ceremony package for your wedding day, we collect a 50% deposit. If you cancel 30 days prior to your wedding date you will receive a full refund. There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled wedding/delivery date.
We partner with many local vendors who offer floral arrangements, reception catering, photography, and backyard wedding planning.
You can pay deposits and all rental costs online using a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfers, cash or check. We accept every major card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Final balance is due one week prior to your wedding.
As soon as you know you want a backyard wedding! All deposits are time stamped and secure your package selection for your wedding date.
In the event of damages, Backyard Weddings reserves the right to retain the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking to cover the costs associated with repairing or replacing the damaged items.
